About Our Courses

  • This hybrid course includes over 30 hours of video instructions, slide presentations, weekly individualized tutoring sessions, and an up-to-date textbook with a comprehensive glossary of real estate terms. In addition to the instructional content, we have a State Exam Toolkit containing a package of study aids that will thoroughly prepare students to pass the state PSI exam. The Toolkit includes interactive flashcards, a real estate math "cheat sheet" tutorial, and a repeatable math practice exam on the categories of loan financing, real estate transactions calculations, investment property calculations, land measurements and survey calculations. It also includes half-length and full-length PSI-style exams. These exams draw randomly from large banks of questions representing each category of multiple-choice questions found on the state exam, and they may be repeated as many times as desired.
